Please, find attached my letter to you about the draft law on public procurement your Parliament is discussing now. As you know, a good public procurement law is a key pillar of a sound economic architecture that ensures fair competition and gets the best services and products for the lowest price for the Ukrainian taxpayers. We believe the current bill - as it is today - is not up to these expectations. We hope that the Ukrainian Parliament will revisit some of the key provisions of the bill.
